Are your products vegan friendly?
Most of our items are. However, some of our products contain honey, oat or milk. Do refer to product information carefully to ensure this!
What is the shelf life of your soap?
To ensure that your soap stays fresh, we recommend storing all of our soap in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Use within 4 months of purchase.
I have allergies to certain ingredients or skin conditions.
Differing skin types and conditions may react differently to a particular product. We always recommend reviewing the listed ingredients of our products to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients, to protect you from any injuries or irritation. How long will my bar soap last in the shower?
Our products typically last about a month for a single person’s use. For them to last longer, we advise storing your soaps on a soap draining dish between uses. We provide these products which are purchasable under our Wares section!
How are our soaps made?
We use a combination of melt-and-pour and cold-process to make our soap. The “essential” line from LUKI are made using the melt-and-pour method. Our soap bases are only from reputable sources, tried and tested by us. We use either melt-and-pour and cold-process methods for our Artist Collection.
