All delivery options stated below apply only to orders made through our order form on cococart or directly from us. Deliveries from Etsy, Amazon and Shopee might be subjected to different rates.
LOCAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE)
For orders S$50 and above, we offer free shipping via SingPost.
For orders below S$50, a delivery fee range of $1.50 – $4.00 (depending on the weight) will be added.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
For International orders from our order form or directly from us, all items will be mailed through SingPost. Do indicate the Country, State, Full Name, Contact details and Address correctly for processing accurate delivery fees and estimated package arrival dates. For orders S$100 and above, we offer free shipping via SingPost, straight into your letter box or door-step delivery. Otherwise, we strongly advise the use of Amazon and Etsy for international orders!
Note: If your order contains any out-of-stock items, we will notify you. Otherwise, your order will only be shipped out when all items are in-stock.
Questions on Shipping + Returns:
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship out all orders within 2-5 working days. Exceptions to this are customized soaps or bulk orders, which will require a 5-6 weeks waiting time. All shipping updates will be sent to you via email/text so that you will always be in the loop!
I need my items urgently, do you have express shipping?
Please let us know if you need your order items urgently and we will work with you to arrange express shipping (there will be a top-up required for express shipping).
Do we provide gifting services? How does it work?
Please include a note in your cart to let us know that it is a gift, and we won’t include an invoice. You can also leave a message for us to include. You can also contact us at lukisupplies@gmail.com if you have further instructions.
Do you offer refunds?
No, unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds. For missing/incorrect items and other order related problems, please reach out to us at lukisupplies@gmail.com and we will do our very best in resolving it for you.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Only orders that have not been packed/dispatched for delivery will be eligible. Otherwise, orders cannot be cancelled or changeable. Please contact us as soon as you can at lukisupplies@gmail.com so that we can advise you accordingly.
